This Privacy Policy describes how JetSourcer (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use the website and services available at https://jetsourcer.com (the “Service”). 1. Information we collect

Content you provide. When you use the Service, you may paste or type text such as a candidate profile or role description. That content is submitted so we can generate suggested outreach messages for you.

Technical information. Like most websites, our servers and hosting providers receive technical data when you visit or use the Service, which may include your IP address, approximate location derived from IP, browser type, timestamps, and similar diagnostic information. We use this to operate the Service, enforce reasonable usage limits (for example, limiting free generations per day), prevent abuse, and troubleshoot issues.

Cookies and similar technologies. We do not use cookies for advertising. The Service may rely on essential cookies or local storage required for basic site functionality.

2. How we use information

We use the information above to provide and improve the Service, respond to support requests, protect the Service and our users, comply with law where applicable, and communicate with you if you contact us.

3. AI processing

To generate message suggestions, the text you submit is sent to an external AI provider (currently Anthropic). That provider processes your content according to its own terms and privacy policy. We do not use your submissions to train our own models. Do not paste information you are not permitted to share under law, contract, or company policy.

4. Retention

The Service is designed so that your pasted candidate and role text is processed to produce an output and is not intended to be stored long-term as part of your profile (the free tool does not require an account). Server logs and provider-side records may be retained for a limited period for security, abuse prevention, and operations. Retention details may evolve as the product matures.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us run the Service (such as hosting and the AI provider described above), when required by law, or to protect rights and safety.

6. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information handled through the Service. No method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure.

7. Your choices

Where applicable law gives you rights to access, correct, or delete personal data, or to object to certain processing, you may contact us at hello@jetsourcer.com. Because the current experience may not use accounts, we may need information from you to verify requests.

8. Children

The Service is not directed at individuals under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. International users

If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where we or our providers operate.
